Energy Audits
Energy Audit is a systematic review of a building's process and energy efficiency.
Who Needs an Energy Audit?
Energy Audits are not mandatory but highly recommended for businesses that identify excessive energy costs or need to comply with some UK energy legislation.
What Is an Energy Audit?
Energy Audit will give an in-depth breakdown of all your energy usage, allowing you to identify any potential opportunities to reduce energy wastage and improve energy efficiency, save costs across bills, and significantly reduce the business’ environmental impact. Below is an example of recommendations an Energy Audit typically offers.
Recommendation 1
Lighting Upgrade
Recommendation 2
Behaviour Change
Expected annual monetary saving is £991.31

The report includes the energy savings and costs of a building's daily operations and recommendations on whether the energy improvement is financially viable. It also includes Data Analysis, which we offer separately from a full Energy Audit if desired.
Levels of Energy Audits
-
LEVEL 1
A Level 1 audit consists of an on-site walk-around, energy data collection with the report breaking down each building’s energy consumption to identify the best opportunity to improve energy efficiency.
-
LEVEL 2
A Level 2 audit is conducted by a qualified assessor, who visits sites and lists all assets that use energy, observes and monitors daily operations in the building and examines the fabric of buildings. An audit report will use the information gathered to show an in-depth analysis of the energy consumption and associated recommendations for mitigating waste and saving costs.
